Dear Residents,This section is intended to provide you with as much information as possible and answer any questions you may have regarding rules related to construction, layout and community life. The homeowners association works with the interest of all in mind and coordinates community resources to improve your living environment. The association seeks to make Balmoral a harmonious and safe community conducive to living together and developing a haven of distinction.
Neighborhood Protection « Bon voisin-Bon Oeil »
The Neighborhood Protection program is overseen by the Sûreté du Québec. It aims to bring citizens together in order to prevent crime, increase the safety of residents and improve the quality of life in the neighborhood. In addition, it has the following objectives:
- Promote the exercise of community responsibility and collaboration between neighbors;
- Establish a climate of trust between neighbors;
- Collectively prevent crime;
- Identify the weak points of the sectors and collectively find solutions.
