The Domaine Balmoral Property Owners Association is made up of property owners who care about the quality of our Domaine, a jewel of the Laurentians.

We are privileged to live in a place of such high quality, with a unique lifestyle.

We are committed to maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable living environment for everyone.

The Association ensures the management and proper functioning of the Domaine.

It oversees day-to-day administration, communication with members and the enforcement of regulations.

The Board of Directors is composed of volunteers who are committed to the best interests of the entire community.

Dues

The Association’s annual fee, in the amount of $200, is payable no later than December 31 of each year.

After March 1 until May 30, the fee is $250

After June 1, the fee is $300
